I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Premier Mental Health & Wellness, Premier Practice Consulting and Cedar Creek Wellness Group. 

I also provide integrative solutions and high-level ADHD and wellness coaching to busy men & women as well as weight loss services.

In an effort to increase access to mental health care, I offer private practice start up consultation and PMHNP mentoring services for PMHNPs nationwide!
