Hi there! I am Lauren, owner and CEO of Premier Mental Health and Wellness. I have been a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2016.
Through extensive continuing education, training and certification in the management of ADHD, I am the go-to provider for helping high functioning women struggling with ADHD optimize their executive functioning through integrative mental health treatment and coaching. I also have additional training for eating disorders and weight loss management.
I also have a Family Nurse Practitioner on staff to assist with weight optimization services. We collaborate to offer you a full body and mind approach to get you feeling your best!
Specialized Online ADHD Treatment for Women
For decades, women have been overlooked and under diagnosed with ADHD.
I take an integrative approach to treating ADHD by combining psychotropic medicine with a nutritional psychiatry approach and ADHD coaching. To make the coaching easy to fit into your busy schedule, these sessions can be done online!

Medication Management
I offer medication management for mental health syndromes such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar but primarily specialize in treating ADHD in women ages 25-55.
Self Pay Rates
$250 for initial evaluation
$150 per follow up visit
Most BCBS insurance plans are accepted. I do not bill out of network claims.
Genesight Testing
We have partnered up with Genesight to offer our patients access to pharmacogenetic testing- a specialized test that shows how you may respond to medications based on YOUR genes.
Lab Testing
Checking your bloodwork is made possible through my partnership with Labcorp, DHA and other laboratories. Labs can be drawn here in my office or at any Labcorp location in Texas.
Weight Optimization Services
We look beyond the scale to provide weight optimization services.
Services include:
- Medication assisted weight loss (semaglutide, tirzepatide)
- Lifestyle & wellness coaching
- Binge eating treatment
- Functional health labs
Vitamin B12 and Lipoden "Skinny Shot" Injections available!
